Warm, elegant atmosphere. Delicious food. Attentive service. Very welcoming of our family (with young boys). Reservations recommended but they serve you beverages while you wait too. Now my favorite place in Big Bear.

Our family recently had a short vacation in Big Bear and we were so happy we decided to eat hear. Great food and service. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Had high expectations. Sadly for us, it missed the mark. Ordered a strawberry margarita blended. Was told they do not make blended drinks. Instead had one of their signature drinks called the Tropics. All I could taste was whiskey. I wouldn't complain except it was overly strong. Couldn't finish it. Ordered the lobster. It came with salad which was portioned out for a child. The lobster dish was not worth the price . It was a very small tail. I order the rice pilaf with it which was soggy, and steamed veggies which was all of 4 veggies. Our waiter was M.I.A a lot and had to have other waiters or bus boys get what we needed. Food was really bland. Was not worth the price.

As far as the ambiance goes, it’s a pleasant and well-lit fine dining atmosphere. Not a huge place, but cozy and well decorated. Outside seating is warmed by sleek outdoor heaters. Service was wonderful and hostesses were polite and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager who went out of her way to seat the 8 of us quickly and happily. She was incredible to talk to and very personable. The food was less than I expected for such a pricey and beautiful place. My seafood pasta had sparse amounts of seafood and therefore a weak seafood flavor. Portions were modest.

Was there for the first time. Got sat within 5 minutes. Busboy kept our drinks full. Our waitress was great. Our steaks were cooked perfect. Lobster was cold but they fixed that right away. Great experience.
