This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Peppers uses the freshest ingredients and spices to create the most delicious Fresh Mex style of Mexican cuisine. Having wandered in here the third day that Scott Gonzales opened in the early 80's the food has always remained good fresh and reasonably priced. Also don't overlook the House Margarita as a side beverage to compliment your sumptuous dinner or lunch.

Service it's not always great, but the food is always high quality, delicious, and served in abundance. The drinks are very good too. Some complain the food is not authentic Mexican food, but I believe it's typical flavors and ingredients of the Mexican state of Baja California. Therefore, try the seafood. It's always fresh and tasty.

Nice folks, prompt service, fresh veg soup, wonderful cheese filled grilled peppers, relaxed casual restaurant. Would have liked more spice. I always appreciate when the workers are nice to each other plus being nice and smile with the customers. This place delivers.

Good, festive place! Ordered Chlli Verde enchilada / Chilli Releno combo. Food came out fast, tasty except for the rice was under cooked, would go back though.

Amazing Mexican/Californian fusion and some of the best margaritas in the country (the blood orange ones are especially good). Tends to be super busy on weekends but weekday evenings you can generally walk in without a wait.
