Service is fine. Staff appears friendly enough. Then they don't communicate well and gouge you with expensive service that was not required, making you pay for it. I will not be returning.

Not a bad store overall, lots of products, but stay away from any of their own products, e.g., Performance Bicycles, very poorly built and extremely low quality. i purchased one for my son, and the front brake cable housing broke almost immediately, it bent, and the cable wouldn't stay in anymore. I took it to the store (the Rockville one) and after trying to blame my son for it, they fixed it for free. Well, they took a pair of pliers and bent it back close to what it supposed to be. It won't probably last more then a few rides.

One of my local bike shops. I wish they had more selection on all mountain bikes. Most of what they have is for road or hybrid bikes. But service is good. Mike the shop guy is super great.

Terrible experience. Came in to get some accessories attached to my road bike, the older 'bike mechanic' gave every excuse why he couldn't put them on. He just didn't want to do it. Front End staff were pretty cool, but stay away from getting bike serviced. Took it Trek Bikes in Rockville, and they put them on, no problem. Stay away from this place....
