I had three bikes that were previously ridden but disassembled/packed for moving to Rockville after finishing three years work overseas. These three bikes, two of them are Trek brand, were all assembled within one business day. I left Saturday late afternoon and got a call Monday during lunch time. All of employees I interacted while I was there are all super friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly willing and being able to help customers. They even unloaded my three boxed bikes from my car and loaded assembled bikes as well.  I hope all bike shop is like this but you need good luck. So, I feel lucky to have Trek store at Rockville with super friendly and helping professional crew.

I purchased a 2016 Trek ALR 6.  I had been contemplating buying a road bike for sometime now.  I had first visited the bike shop last September and spoke with Alex about what I was looking for and my budget.  Alex was a wealth of knowledge, answering all my questions and guiding me to what I should consider.  I kept my search going and visited a few other shops but I ended up coming back to this location because of the customer service.  Alex wasn't pushy, he gave honest answers and didn't try to upsell me anything which was greatly appreciated.  I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to put some miles on my new bike.  Thanks to Alex and the rest of the staff there that made the buying experience easy.

We went in to look for a city bike. Joe was extremely helpful and was able to locate a bike that I absolutely love (even for a novice like me)! Will definitely recommend this store and ask for Joe. Will be back again when the weather is nicer to test drive a few more bikes!

Best Little Bike Shop in 'The 'Rock! 

Initially I was taken aback by the pristine overall appearance of the store and products offered.  I was thinking a store this clean and organized couldn't possibly be interested in selling bicycles.  Probably just a façade filled with beautiful things made from Unobtainium and vapid employees who are there to make you feel jealous of something you'll never own.

I couldn't have been more wrong.  Ken and his team are not only courteous and respectful, but extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of bicycling.  They understand the latest innovations and which ones are most beneficial to you.  They will bend over backwards to find a bicycle that's right for you.

Make no mistake, Trek is an upscale brand, yet, they offer a bike for nearly every budget.  A special thank you to Dorothy, Kenny, Alex and Brian.  Your knowledge is astonishing and was paramount in the selection of my Fuel EX 8.  Keep up the good work!
