We had a good experience today purchasing a kids bike. The staff was attentive as soon as we walked in and helpful throughout. We ended up with one of their used bikes that came out of their trade-up program, primarily because my son liked the color. What I like was that there was no pressure by the staff to buy one of the new bikes. They did a quick tune-up on the bike where maybe they could have spent a bit more time cleaning up the chain and gears, but not too shabby. Mechanics were friendly. Overall, however, this was a completely different experience to what I've had a couple years ago where I got no attention and left thinking I wouldn't be back. I was pleasantly surprised today and will likely visit again in the future.

Excellent service group, they've worked on my bike for several years and always do a great job. Highly recommend.

The folks at Revolution in Rockville have always served me well, and quickly when in a crisis. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and well informed. I do not leave my Pinarello (with Campy Record) to just anyone, and after several experiences in this shop, I totally trust them. They saved me tonight after my pedal snapped off my front crank arm, and now the bike is ready to ride tomorrow morning. Well done! Last fall they serviced my front shifter on the spot so I could ride the next day on the Eastern Shore, and it was as smooth as I come to expect. And I have never gotten the bike snob treatment from them. They also serviced my old steel ride with the same respect and friendliness as when I bring the good bike in. They do not discriminate like some bike shops.
