Just like all other Performance Bike chain locations. The store (and staff) are nothing special. If you're an experienced cyclist and know what you're looking for/what you're doing, you can find some decent deals on things (at times). Otherwise, it is generally overpriced and you're better off ordering online. Or, if you're new to cycling, you're better off getting advice/help/gear from a local bike store. Wouldn't hesitate to stop in when they are having deals on gear, etc.

Guy asked if i needed help , told him i needed break pads so we brought in my bike and the bike tech told the sales rep which pads. Now im home trying to put them on and they are the complete wrong type. Definitely wont be going back glad i learned my lesson the first time. 14 bucks was well worth to see these reviews are true about this shop.

Friendly, fast, honest. Second time going here for tire issues, will come back for any and all bike needs. Actually, the first time I went in I was fixing a Thule stroller tire.

Great service from Aaron and Chris in the shop and the rest of the crew at Performance bike today with a fork install. Go visit them for your cycling needs

Bought a bike for my son (not here) and it was missing a part that had to be special ordered. Dropped the bike at Performance so they could order/assemble it; went to pick it up two weeks later to find out it hadn't been touched. The owner offered no excuses for it and said it was their error, but when I picked up the assembled bike the next day no one offered anything to make up for the poor service. Parts and labor weren't expensive so I didn't make a big deal of it, but I would've expected after completely neglecting the bike for that long they would've at least offered something of an apology. What will keep me from going back is the tech who kept calling me "Love" which just made me feel dirty.
