I've been taking my Audi A8L to Performance Werks for over a year now, and it has been nothing short of exceptional.  Let me explain.

Certainly you need to have a competent mechanic working on your car, but what sets these guys apart are their HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM.   I brought my car in recently for an oil leak, but the extent of the issue was a bit more than what met the eye.  After providing a quote and timeline, Mike offered me a loaner car for no extra charge and let me hold onto it for the entire duration of the repairs.  

While repairing the oil leak, a secondary issue of engine misfire was identified.  Instead of gouging me with extra parts and labor costs, Mike worked with me to find a fair approach to managing the secondary issue. 
 In the end, he took care of spark plugs some ignition coils all while waiving a ton of additional labor.  This was an unnecessary gesture but speaks to the value Performance Werks places on their customers and relationships.

No, fixing euro cars isn't cheap.  But in past experience, I've paid equal or more at amateur shops for less competent work.  This place is the real deal and I couldn't be happier to find a shop that I trust and can rely on.

If I could give Mike 10 Stars I would definitely do so as he had just replaced my alternator in my Lexus yesterday (without even having an appointment) for a much fair and reasonable price than the Lexus Dealership would have...Mike came across honest and reliable; he even installed the 100% Denso alternator part that normally comes in all Lexus vehicles...also, the Towing Company recommended PerformanceWerks and I am 100% glad they did...I would too! BTW, the bonus going with PerformanceWerks was when Mike heard I was going to wait 5-6 hours in his shop because he had to order the part, he gave me a free loaner vehicle that was brand new to use during the repair time...Wow, what an awesome individual with great customer service! Thanks so much for your help and generosity Mike!!! I found my trustworthy shop in Napervile!

Michael and Justin are the most professional bunch of guys that I know anytime that I have a BMW need I come to performance works first thanks so much for taking care of my cars 🚗 These guys are certified BMW Mercedes and Bentley mechanics

Went in for coil and spark plug replacement. They wanted $1150.00 to do the job. And on top of that the interior of my car was covered in grease or oil when i got it back.

Called in on Monday with a wiring issue for my  03 911. the car has been to 3 other shops and 2 of them were Porsche dealers. Mike gave me a call and even a day later  with whats going on. I picked up my yesterday night and its running great! I highly recommend this shop.
