Nice location convenient to multiple shopping opportunities. But the service was slow. A lot of the tables were dirty and cluttered with un-bussed tables. 

Wait staff was unfocused with their duties and I had to wait 10 plus minuted to be even recognized as a customer much less seated. I almost left but I was really hungry.  

    Once I was seated things progressed a little better. The cook at least was on top of things. He prepared a delicious hamburger and fries.  

For their part the wait staff acknowledged their substandard service and offered me a free piece of pie. Which I was grateful for.

The service is okay most of the time, if you go at a busy time of day expect to wait. The food is okay, i recommend sticking with breakfast items. You get a good amount of food on both adult and childrens meals, I suggest you go on a kids eat few night so it's more cost effective.

I never ever post for anything but I really felt like I needed to for this. We got there around 6:50 pm and we didn't get our drinks until about 30 minutes in because the waitress started cleaning and forgot. She was very apologetic and nice which is why they got a 2 and not a 1 star. She took our orders and we waited. We had a very hungry 2 year old with us that was starting to get cranky, we waited another 30 minutes for her to come and tell us that the ticket had been lost and that she was going to give us a discount. The food was still not ready and we told her we were going to eat somewhere else. She brought my daughter her fruit thankfully so we were able to get something into her quick before we left. I had been there a few other times and was not very happy with the service and food. It had been well over a year and we wanted to try it again and we ended up leaving an hour later with empty bellies and frustrated. We won't be going back.

Am so done with Perkins.  In the last two weeks have been to three of them.  One in Woodbury was just like the one here in Chaska.  Neither of them had more than half the seats full but both reported the kitchen to be behind and it would take 45minutes to an hour to get any food.  Bye bye Perkins.  Will be going to Denny's from now on even if it means I have to drive 15 minutes to get to one.

The waitress was very nice and attentive.  The food was mediocre.  Seems to be going downhill and took way too long to get the food. The waitress gave us a discount because of the wait.  We have been coming to this Perkins for 15 years.
