My first time at this salon and customer service was great. I did get box braids, but they are very tight and is causing a lot of tension on my scalp. I really have to take it easy on my edges because they are pulled tight even so I requested that the braids not be so tight on my edges.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and the work did not start until after 10:00 a.m.. I had to be to work by 3:00 p.m. and did not get to work until 3:14 p.m. Also, one braider stayed on the phone a lot pausing midway on my braids with conversation on the phone, which added on to my delay.
The braiders are generally sweet and I have nothing negative to say about how I was treated because I have experienced worse at other salons.
I am not sure I will be returning, but you have to determine for yourself if this salon is a great fit for you. I will add pictures soon.

Amazing customer service compared to other places I have been. Gentle on my head which is amazing 
They didn't pull and snatch my head around.
They brought me a bag of chips and even offered to share some of their food.
They are a little slower than I'm use too but I guess it's just something I will have to adjust to. 
This probably will be my new braiding salon from now now.

This was my first time there. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will be returning. They are very nice people.

Ms.Ester did an awesome job. A little pricy but i was very satisfied. My braids were Neat and i looked great..time to go back!
