Salon LeChene is an upscale Paul Mitchell Focus salon located in Cary, NC. We love doing makeovers...especially when we can give the guest a celebrity look. I absolutely LOVED this place. The ladies that assisted me were fantastic. I would like to give a shout out to both Nicole, for her fun personality and talent , and Abby for joining in and helping with the color lift. These ladies were a dynamic duo and I would like to thank the owner for such a beautiful and modern style salon.  Salon LeChene is wonderful and worth it!

I had my hair cut by Abbie. I had little guidance to give her beyond "not too short but more than a trim, and please don't age me by 10 years." And she did a fantastic job. She relieved me of a lot of weight without too much loss of length. And it's a fun and current cut, but still age appropriate.

My hair didn't come out near what I wanted but it came out pretty. My main complaint is the owner, Mary, she has a defensive attitude and was pretty rude off the bat! I just wouldn't go here if your hoping they will go by there 100% satisfaction guarantee because Mary will give some excuse why it can't be done(such as something to do with chemistry) when I know it can because I went to a different salon mainly for color and I was told I could have achieved what I wanted for same price in 1 visit versus paying the price for 3-4 different visits. Also do not go if in a time crunch was here for 5 hours (not exaggerating). The inside looks very nice though!

I am not big on getting my haircut due to the price, time, and overwhelming amount of hair care information and products. So I usually go to the quickest, cheapest place available. Recently I wanted to get a nicer, more stylized cut. I went to Salon LeChene for their Tuesday walk-in 50% off deal and I'm SO glad I did. 

The Salon space is comfortable and fun and the team is very welcoming and hospitable. I was asked if I'd like a beverage and the time of my wait was clearly communicated and accurate. Mary (the owner) is clearly passionate about her business and takes a great deal of interest in her team and clients. The team all seemed happy and were laughing, while remaining professional and focused on their clients. 

Nicole cut, shampooed, and styled my hair. She was very friendly and did a great job. I asked a lot of questions about how to take care of my hair and she was insightful and specific. She gave me a few product options so I could fit my budget and lifestyle. She also explained the "why" behind everything, which I appreciate. Thank you Nicole!

The experience was excellent and a refreshing balance of friendly, professional, and helpful. I was also shocked at how affordable it was compared to most salons. There are multiple pricing options too. The service is worth paying the full price for and I will refer my friends and be back!

Yesterday was my first time at Salon LeChene. I had an amazingly wonderful experience. Not only did Abigail put me at ease as soon as she greeted me, she also gave me a beautiful cut. Thanks so much for the awesome customer service. I will be back again.
