This place is awesome! I come here every Friday. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and will continue.  My sweet American bully is always happy to come here and smells so good.  
It’s always clean and never an order.  I recommend this to anyone who need to bath their dog.  I guarantee you will like it. Wonderful customer service, the place is clean.   I also use the VIP Petcare Clinic—so convenient.

We live in Sonoma County and during fires the staff helped us with harness and bath for our dog while we were evacuated. They provided us excellent service free of charge. We want to acknowledge their generosity and thank for their understanding. They are stars!

This place is the best, full stop. They have a sign posted on the window detailing their commitment to your pet. They maintain very high standards and are responsive to customer concerns. Besides all that, they offer a great discount: buy 3, get 1 free! I'm not sure if there are any restrictions on that offer, but I've never run into any. Finally, their customer service is amazing. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful and they are all pet lovers. Love this place.
