Excellent shopping center where you can find luxury brands also. The woman's department is well furnished. The store is huge, welcoming and amazing. I like it so much shoes and bag and Nordstrom have everything you desire. Very good quality and good price. If you like shoes as me this this a store I suggestyou.

This used to be a very nice store to shop in. Now it caters to people who have a need to parade a dog around for attention. I suddenly felt weak, shaky, breathing was strained. Asthma symptoms. I don't know what triggered this but start towards-the exit when I see a huge Lab in the shoe department. I immediately know I am experiencing a dander reaction. I then spot a woman whose child is showing asthma signs and she spots this dog, Tells her child there is a dog and they leave, as I do. Over 20% of the population is allergic to or made ill by dander, yet Nordstrom now caters To the selfish people who drag dogs and their dander around their store. As I was leaving, I Told the woman with the dog, people were sick because of the dog. She said it was not her problem and Nordstrom welcomes all dogs. That low caliber, selfish person is prioritzed by Nordstrom now, to the exclusion of 20% Of shoppers, and are directly responsible For the illness caused.

I love Nordstrom. The customer service is top notch, something other retailers should emulate. We made a purchase in the make up department & then upstairs to the bistro for lunch. I had a bowl of the crab bisque soup & my companion a crab, mango, & avocado salad. All very good. Thank you Nordstrom for being such a great place to hang out & enjoy!

This is one of the better Nordstrom's in the area - definitely better than Hillsdale.

Lousy customer support for changing size on sold item. Store Manager did not even meet after Waiting hours!! Unused, within 1 week of purchase. Palo Alto store sucks in CS!! No wonder retailers are closing store..
