I have been going her for 15 years plus. I love the farm house feel. They have fresh products for our pets. I had birds and cats for those years. i would buy everything I needed for my little budgie and cats. I recommend this place instead of the pet stores for products. If they don't have it ask. They really are nice...every last one of them!! Smooches

The staff are knowledgeable on pet food. The Whiss-purr cat adoption center has the best facility I've seen, in comparison the SPCA facility in Burlingame. The place is clean and very cat friendly. There are large spaces where the cats can relax, survey, sleep and wander through tunnels built under the ceiling. The cats are prepared holistically to be adopted into new homes. If I were a cat, I'd want to be there.
