Great office. We recently adopted a kitten and needed to get one of her shots. The receptionist was kind enough to call to fit me in and Jessica the nurse was very sweet and attentive. Our cat loved her and that’s saying something! We will be recommending them

I don't know about the customer service and professionalism of this place. I visited Pet Point a few weeks ago and the front desk young women seemed annoyed just by me coming in. It was around 3 PM, so is not like they were about to close nor they were crazily busy since my dog and I were the only ones in there, so we never felt welcomed at all and it made my visit an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience until the moment we left. 

Months later, I gave them a call to request a copy of the records of the evaluation of my dog and ask a few questions about a medicine and Jessica answered the phone. Not only she was not friendly, but as soon as I gave her my email, she said she will be sending me an email and then HUNG UP ON ME right away without giving me a chance to ask my questions

It does not take much to be nice.

Dr Moses is the most kind and highly skilled vet that I have ever encountered in more than fifty years of having animals. He listens and assesses with a gentle hand and compassion. From my adopted heartworm laden german shepherd that he healed to my 23 year old cat getting a health certificate, he always is gentle and knowledgeable. His rates are extremely reasonable and the pet portal is very helpful. Dr Moses is amazing.

They only care about selling their products, and my questions were not answered exactly why my dog ​​trembled or other concerns that I had. the doctor did not check it as he supposedly should have done. I think I do not go back there. I feel sad for my dog ​​because she deserved better attention.

they are one of the best in town and very reasonable and  they did my april rose that she had to get fixed and she was so small and i was scared to even have her in surgery because she was so under wait but they did an exam on her and she passed with flying colors so i did fix her and the vet doctor (female) at the time she called my right after they surgery and she said my baby rose was sleeping and she is all done and she went through it fine she is sleeping and that i can pick her up at 4p and she gave me medication for her and even said to come back for a follow up on rose and i was so happy that they took very good care of her nice staff and very very caring people with animals
