I really enjoy pet stores because I just love animal. The reason why I love this pet store is if you have some sort of supervision they'll let you in the cage where the cats are!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received! I will never EVER go back there again and I have been going there since they opened. I also will tell everyone I know about my experience. I work 12-14 hours a day, believe me I understand long days. I was unaware we were almost completely out of dog food. No one shared that information and I have worked the last 4 days in a row so when I got off early today and found this information out, I went to get food. And this is what happened .... I called Pet Supplies Plus and told the RUDE girl who answered the phone I’ll be there at straight up 9:00 (they close at 9) and I really REALLY need to get dog food. And this was the answer ......   “well if there is a customer in the store you can come in but if not the doors will already be locked”. THAT my dear is crappy customer service!!!!!  And especially when I went across town to the new pet supply store (after being at pets supplies plus at straight up 9) and they let me buy food at 7 minutes after 9 and they close at 9 and NO CUSTOMER was in their store. The man in THAT store was very understanding and concerned with making sure the dogs had enough to eat ....... THAT store will have my business and help me feed my pets from now on!!! Sorry Pet Supplies Plus your crappy customer service and non-caring employees just cost you, especially since I spend close to $300/month in your store on food alone!

These people should be reported. I had brought my 2 tiny dogs in to get their nails clip and the crazy beeeotch was so interested in socializing she never even looked down to see what she was clipping..Blood all over and she laughed and she cleaned it up telling me "that's normal" please don't take your animals there.
