I went in for dry dog food. I'm able to go right to the aisle with what I purchase. Very clean store. Most of the employees are happy to walk you to an item you can't locate. Others point and say, "I think it is on that aisle over there." That type of customer service does not set well with me. Overall, I am satisfied.

I bought a beautiful fish from this pet smart location and I got my fish beta food, a very nice bowl w/ shining lights, and rocks for the fish tank. I used fresh water for the fish, ps which your suppose to use. Right after we left the the store I knew the fish was starving it had been sitting in its Oder for weeks so I feed him the food and everything was fine. Until we came home he started going all crazy and falling asleep playing dead I thought that was a typical happy fish. But NO! I wake up at 6:00 am to go to work I see my fish I thought he was just sleeping but he was DEAD. I don’t think petsmart treats there fish very well at all buy a fish from a better location all the people that are reading this don’t be as dumb as me and purchase a fish from here.

The Beagle loves getting his nails trimmed at Petsmart. All the people who work back there always take good care of him. It's his favorite place to go.

Employees are kind, considerate and very helpful. The grooming staff knows their stuff. Makes my baby girl very happy.
