Horrible loins hair cut on my cat. They said he was scared, I  understand that he may have been, but what do they expect to happen when you have dogs running around barking, right in the same place as the cat being groomed, and over all was terrible and cost 60 dollars for a bad cut!! First and last time. He has been to other places with no problems. After talking with my Daughter who works at a pet shop, with out mentioning the name of it, said they should of never charged me. That they do have ways of dealing with animals like that..

Friendliest staff out of Jacksonville springfield and quincy. The store is always clean and everything is stocked.  We try to only go to this store and always bring out dog with us. If you get the free membership you will save money.

Prices are higher than Walmart or Shopko but the service more than makes up for it. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Best thing for me is their "fetch and carry" service, they'll take your heavy items out to your car and load them for you.
