I love this Pet Supplies Plus location. It's always clean, well organized, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a young man spend a good 20 minutes going over different food brands with me when I was switching my cat to a senior food, and it was very helpful. Their small animals, fish, and birds are well cared for, and their reptiles are cared for better than chains like petco and petsmart (in my opinion as a reptile person). This is the only store in the area I will buy pet supplies at, and I highly recommend it!

Took my crazy dog in for grooming. They were very sweet with her and did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced too!

I shop at the Pet Supplies Plus on W. Columbia in Battle Creek. It's quite convenient since it's close to Meijer's. All the staff have always been very curtious knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry, I ask where something is and they take me right to it. I've been shopping there for almost five years and have never had a complaint. They have a good selection of pet needs. On the rare occasion they didn't have what I was looking for, they did their best to ordered it and had it in store before I expected. Needless to say, I'm very happy with Pet Supplies Plus.

Not the greatest location, but excellent pet store!! The have a MASSIVE selection of dog foods and even several raw option. The staff seemed very knowledgable and willing to help. Be sure to join their free rewards club to save on most items in the store. My new favorite pet store in the area.
