Our visit here was to do VIP vet which is low cost vaccinations.  All PSPs do this but it is only few hours per location. Haverhill. Is 9- 11. Billerica 12-230 I believe.

Really good customer service and low prices !!! The girls that helped me out with my fish were very informative and straight to the point. This is definitely going to be my go to spot and it's just around the corner !

Customer service is always excellent here. It makes you think of an old-time store the way the employees say hello to everyone and are genuinely eager to help. Their prices are competitive and they are the only place I can find to get Stella and Chewy's brand of frozen raw food. Their selection of cat and dog food is great. They also have rodent good here - the usual bagged brands plus excellent quality bulk food that you can buy as much or as little of as you like. I buy guinea pig food from the self-serve bulk hoppers and have saved money buying this way. They also have fish, bird, and reptile food and supplies. They also have high quality frozen fish foods and crickets. As far as animals, they have fish, birds, rodents, and some reptiles. I have purchased fish here on multiple occasions. If they don't have what you are looking for, they can special order some things, so ask. 

So, to sum up, Pet Supplies Plus is a great store with friendly people.

I willingly travel out of my way for this store. They'll match competitors' prices, let you return what your pet doesn't like (within 30 days), their staff knows their stuff AND they carry truly healthy pet food. YAY!

Devan and crew treat my pit Maggie like a VIP. BEST ADVICE AND HELPFUL ALWAYS. All I need to do is ask. 
Nail trims 8 dollars, 
Self service bath 10. 
It's our favorite go to pet store!
