The grooming salon is great and same with all the staff...they are very compassionate for all the animals they see everyday and they are just all fantastic!

Kevin Duffy --i witnessed this whole incident.  I witnessed the alleged "abuse."  Here are the facts: No dog was abused, not one. There where not 25 dogs in the day camp that day, Pet Smart has a limit of about 15 dogs. The dogs do run to the window when someone stands there and admires them. Banging on the glass loudly creates anxiety and confusion with the dogs. When dogs are confused and overwhelmed with anxiety they bark, loudly. No one enjoyed watching the little dogs cowering and trying to get away because that did not happen.  What was happening, as is what happens every day, the dogs want to interact with the individual(s) working in the camp.  The dogs are squirted, for different reasons, and the practice is considered humane. It's called behavior modification. This was a rush to judgement and the conclusion was incorrect. The staff at- Petsmart-Saugus are top notch. They just plain old love dogs and cats and probably just about any other kind of animal. I've taken my little dog here for months and will continue for a long time. There was not, is not any abuse , of any dog at this store.

Reading terrible reviews of animal abuse at this store. Management refused to take action when abuse was reported and seemed to indicate that the "noise" the puppies were making made frightening them and squirting them with water "OK." Do not go to this store, do not support them, they are bastards. Hopefully they will get shut down.

My experiences here have been fine I believe I got my first fish here. Which reminds me I visited here yesterday because my fish may have some bacterial fungus or an infection of some sort. With that said I went to test my water which turned out to be fine. I then continued to ask the guy what I should do(given my situation with my Juniper) and he was very kind to explain the scenario and giving me options as far as what he would suggest I do first. It was a very informative visit and it isn't the first time an employee helped me make a decision. Now I can only hope his advice will work. But all my experiences here have been fine nothing bad. I'd recommend it for sure.
