The manager Steve is incredibly rude. I was in this store recently, and there were no managers to be found, so I asked a cashier to page one. 10 minutes later, the store manager Steve came strolling out of his office. After voicing that I'd been waiting for quite a while, he was incredibly rude and said "you know, there's a pet smart right across the street. You can always go there." I WILL be contacting the corporate office and I WILL be taking my business to Pet Smart.

Love Petco in Woburn, MA. It's clean, the staff is considerate and kind, and they ALWAYS have what I need in stock. My dog seriously loves this place. We take him about every other weekend in the summer to get God knows what. He knows exactly where I'm going when I get to a certain landmark and cries and cries and pulls me right into the store and goes right to these treats by the bagged dogged food. The prices are moderate depending on what you're buying, but it's Petco. Everything is there that you need. This is the only Petco I'll go to.

Had a great experience today at my local Petco location! I had previously purchased a doggy gate, which ended up not working out, and I was hoping to exchange for a doggy crate. I was immediately helped by Phyllis at the register who then directed me to Ron on the floor. Ron gave me good advice on toys to help my teething puppy and a good crate option (also gave my pup some free treats!). He also told me about the online price matching, which I did not know about! He helped me save a ton of money on my exchange, and reminded me about their coupon book to save even more! When I checked out with Phyllis, she was again very friendly and helpful. I rarely have great experiences like this in any type of retail stores, and the staff at this location is just awesome! I will continue to go here for all of my pet needs!

The best place on earth to bring your pets. The staff is amazing and loving, not always easy go find. Sophie the Trainer is a doll.
