Called the store to ask a question about my fish and a great guy got on the phone and was so pleasant to explain to me what I can do. Feel bad I didn’t get his name but great customer service !!!!

Always a great experience here. The staff and management are amazing and VERY helpful. I am always helped with my purchase(s) carried to my car if needed. I highly recommend.

Went in today for some aquarium decor, one fat female employee was rude and seemed like she didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about aquatic plants. Think she was the manager i recommend pet smart for a better experience
