If I could give zero stars I would. As soon as I walked in there a lady was getting mad at a dog for trying to get out of the little space. Then threw the dog back in the little space! Getting mad at the dog for being hungry and wanting to get out. Another dog on top of was too small to reach the water. Don't buy your dog here. Hope they go out of business. P.S. I never give reviews on anything but that just made me mad.

Do your research. My Yorkiepoo came from a reputable breeder who I checked out. They allow you to come and check out where the pups come from without an appointment. The young lady Lauren at the store was extremely helpful and did not pressure sell us into buying, as a matter of fact she recommended we go have dinner and discuss it before deciding. The only thing my wife and I had to decide at dinner was what to name her! She has been to the vet and passed with flying colors, only after two days this smart little 15 week old girl knows sit, come and how to use the peepee pad! I hit the jackpot when I found Pet Express by mistake and the friendly young woman Lauren who helped us! The place was clean, puppies were happy and if anything I think they shouldn’t let some of the non-purchasing people into the store! Hey parents keep your kids from banging on the glass and while you’re at it you stop it also! I wish the staff could throw idiots out of the store!

Cant post on their facebook website no more me and other poeple got blocked because were right about them selling puppy mill puppies and they dont want truth to get out. People do your research you dont buy a puppy in a mall wake up people. And the best news is boston just passed a puppy mill bill so this place and other petstores that sells puppies, rabbits, cats, birds wont be around much longer. Their heartless people that only care about money.

If I could rate it a 0 star, I would. All the puppies there look so sad just sitting in my GERBIL SIZED TERANIUM!!!!!!! They deserve a better life. Remember, adopt don’t shop

This place needs to be shut down!!! These dogs are from puppy mills! The amount of money they charge for these dogs is INSANE!!! Alot of them aren't even healthy nor are they guaranteed. You could get a dog from a reputable breeder for A LOT LESS MONEY!! STOP SUPPORTING PLACES LIKE THIS!! Puppy mills are horrible. Please buy from a breeder.
