We love going to petsmart for merchandise and our dogs are groomed their they are Yorkies 1 is 3 & the other isn't 1 I have to give a lot of credit to Destiny the little one is very difficult I Don't know how she does it but they both always look great they have everything you can't go wrong.

Never shop here again. The manager, a middle aged man who said his name was "Brian," was unknowledgeable, rude and mocking. I went in for a return, with a receipt that was only two days old. The manager refused to process the return because it was a cash return for over $100 and he said he didn't have to give returns for that much cash if he didn't want to. He said if I had a problem then to call corporate. When I asked for the number he said, "You have a phone, don't you? Google it".

Went to check out, case of Rx dog food couple of bags of treats...3 registers,#1being serviced ,so i go to #2, which has 1 customer with 1 item,talk talk talk ,ok, service person steps in behind me and asks me to go to #3, also 1 person, cashier finished with that customer, looks at me and says I'm closed...needless to say, im looking for some where else to get what I need...

Avoid the grooming salon!!! The workers in that part of the store are inhumane and neglect the puppies they work on. The staff will bring them into the back kennel and leave them there for 30minutes to hours at a time just to sit on their phones and gossip. There are 6 workers when I brought my puppy in and 1 dog out being groomed while the other 4 sat in the back cages, unattended. They do not care about the dogs they see, only the paychecks they get. Will never ever bring my pup here. Absolute disgrace.
