I've been bathing my dog Bruno at this Petsmart since they opened.  Prior to that at the one in Walpole.  Samantha was the only person who understood my dog and my requests for him.  Today I went to pick up my dog after dropping $69.00 plus a tip.  His ears were damp, his neck was damp.  Damp dog results in a smelly dog.  I simply asked if I could have some spray since he smelled of wet dog and Kristen the bather was quick to reply-(not an exact quote but something like..) I did my best but you have something to say everytime you come.  I was shocked at her quick defense when I was not rude.  I am hurt will not get over her response to me.  I guess Petsmart is not about customer satisfaction.

I brought. My puppy 5 months old to Norwood petsmart and they hardly trimmed her I went o Westwood and I didn't recognize her when I picked her up she's a mini snauzzer they cut off her beard and her legs were shaved I didn't know what I was going to do. Then I met Olivo in the isle she didn't have her cert. yet and couldn't  groom but really sounded like she knew what she was doing and I've been going to her since and have been very happy and my Maggie has been happy too.  Also we went to puppy training and I highly recommend the trainer she has helped us out with our puppy.

This review is for the grooming. My dog Jackson came back with his head barely shaven. We specifically asked to have his head even with his body and we got the total opposite. When we paid another associate notice the head issue and proceed to try to cut some more of this head and even it out. Didn't really change much. When we got home we found uneven streaks on his belly area. We actually took our dog to another groomer 3 days later to cut his head. Our first time at persmart and don't think we will ever be back again.

I brought my goldendoodle 16 week old puppy in for a basic bath. When I picked him up, they had trimmed his face up without my permission. I wanted to cry. He looked so different and didn't look like the fluffy puppy he went in as. I just couldnt believe that someone would think it would be okay to do that to a puppy. Everyone knows you don't cut puppy hair. I wouldn't recommend taking your pup there to see Olivia. My family was due to taking Christmas card photos next week and we will have to wait a couple month till he grows his coat. I have to add that this was a terrible experience but the other groomers I've used there prior to this have been great
