I am a long time customer of Pet Village. The owners are friendly and helpful, to the extent of...if they dint have what I need will go out of their way to get it!! As far as a bad attitude I have never seen one. They may appear to have attitude on occasion which is easily mistaken for they are busy. I have purchased from them over the years more than eight dogs ( not all for me) Rabbits, fish, and birds.Always a positive experience. They have rules regarding children holding the animals for the animals protection. This is a good thing. Would u want to purchase an animal someone dropped just before you walked in? They offer great warranty on and pet or product purchased. You just have to honor their requirements. We live in a society who has a problem with this. I would not buy a pet from anyone else. Their rules make for safe happy purchases. I should know!!

I got my bunny there. The women don't allow kids to hold their animals unless you're buying them, but that's reasonable since lots of kids forget to be gentle with things like puppies or bunnies. The women also don't have the best of attitudes, but people just need to chill over that. I really don't care about it since they have healthy animals and sell nice supplies.

We have made several purchases from this place. It is a nice local business. The two ladies that run it always answer our questions. Our family was just in there yesterday. They had the cutest hound puppies. I love to read the sign on the way to gtab my kids after school and we stop in the visit the pups, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters, mice. Yesterday they had a chinchilla. So they offer a good variety. And they don't mind to let adults hold the animals and kids to just pet.

If I could give a zero star experience, I would. WORST customer service, and HORRIBLE grooming. I bought my dog from them and wouldn't trade him for the world, but I will NEVER go back there again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
