Products are always not available, the lady keeps on saying that she will order the products I need for over a month and a half. Came back from my trip, called in advanced to see if they have the right size product I have been needing, the gentlemen on the phone said yes. “Mind y’all I live far to get to this location.” and long behold still haven’t have any new shipments. Always have a POOR excuse for being out of stock. Never coming back to this location again. Very unorganized and seemed to be run by a bunch of high school kids who don’t know what they are doing. Lack of priority and lack of better management.

No grooming dept.  Blake was super helpful with picking my brat a new food. The guy at the register didn't know Petco store locations nearby for a grooming dept, and said I should look online.  Hence the 3 stars instead of 4.  5 if they had a grooming dept.  PS: This building is falling apart.  Could use a facelift.

They provided us with good service until we asked for crickets for my bearded dragon. They knew nothing about the crickets and when I was provided with them, half of them were dead.

Nice people working here, they are just frequently out of everything I want or need.
