My wife and I often go here to look at the small reptiles, and the small mammals and fish. We will occasionally bring our bearded dragon along for the ride. Staff is friendly, and the animals are fun to look at. Good selection and prices for most habitat accessories. Some of the equipment can be found for cheaper online, but if you have a heating lamp or UVB bulb go on you, they stock them and you can replace it immediately.

I like the store, I've been using this location for various pets since they opened and I will continue to use the store but I will never use the grooming service ever again. I'm extremely disappointed in the over all lack of cleanliness at this location. They don't clean the stations between dogs and the same puddle of urine was on the floor for several hours. Not to mention that I feel they are not providing all the services I paid for. There is no way they can convince me they brushed her teeth, I don't feel like her bath was very thorough, and her hair cut is choppy. I don't believe her nails were trimmed either. I'm really upset about the money I spent for this result. The general lack of service and failure of the staff to communicate on a basic level is  distressing.

I hate the groomers at this location. Our vet was booked this week and we needed our dogs nailed trimmed. Their website said walkin friendly but the women at the front couldn’t care less. It literally seemed like we ruined her day by walking in. She didn’t give her name, but she was sitting at the front of the groomers counter at about 5:45. She was rude and impatient with our puppy and our other dog who has anxiety. And their nails are BOTCHED. It literally looks like I took them to the butcher to have their nails cut. And our puppy is barley six months old but they still charged full price (puppies are only $6) and when I asked about the difference in price, she said that our puppy was ‘past the cut off’. Like, what?? What puppy over six months old isn’t a puppy anymore? Never coming here again.

Been bringing our girl here since she was a pup, now over 2 years old. Thier doggie day care, pets hotel, and banfield, has been perfect for us.

Please train employees on how to print off a gift reciept and fix the reciept printer. Not only was the cashier lost and confused when we asked but the other 2 employees she asked to help had no idea. Its a week from Christmas and they have no training on gift reciepts???
