Arrived first thing in the morning to a friendly staff stocking the store. Multiple employees asked how I was doing and if I needed help with anything. Store was clean and well-organized. I was in and out quickly, and was able to get exactly what I needed.

Very clean establishment employees are very polite. Prices are competitive. Self cleaning pet baths are clean and easy to use.

I always loved pet supplies plus but this one in particularly had amazing employee and customer service. I felt like I had known the door ever and they we're trying to help me find the best fit food for my dog in my price range. The gentleman even brought my bag to my car. I was amazed I had never been treated like that in any other stores.

I enjoy shopping here. They have a variety of selection to choose from at better prices than some of the competition. I wish they had a section for horse leads though.
