Staff nice & knowledgeable. Our fish died in less than two weeks. Swapped it out no hassle back home in a few minutes. Now that's customer service. Great coupons for a pet store! Be sure to sign up for the rewards program.

They have always been real happy the way they took care of my dog Max and he is being groomed with them now . I would recommend them to my friends.

I give the store a 4 star rating,but the grooming department is not organized and the service is lacking big time! First time my dog got groomed I didn't like how uneven his hair looked. They gave him razon burns on his private areas, he was miserable!! The second time was good, finally done right.. Unfortunately the can't seem to keep appointments they make. I walked in Sunday and asked for the earliest appointment, the girl with blue hair said Monday at 5 pm I said I can't at that time,she offered Tuesday at 6 pm, I said perfect! I get there on Tuesday at 6 and to my surprise, I'm not on the schedule, oh and they don't take 6 o'clock appointments.. I cancelled an appointment for this and they can't accomadate me?? the manager came in and said I have one tomorrow. Honestly I am extremely disappointed at the lack of responsibility for their mistake. I will never used them again! Waist of time and the manager isn't very helpful either!! Did I mentioned how the girl that was helping me was upset at me because now she wouldn't be able to take her lunch? I the hell you think I feel?!

The prices are constantly rising. This particular time, I asked for assistance the person attempting to help walked down the aisle and turn away. As I wanted for him to return with suggestions, I notice he was helping someone else and never acknowledged me again nor did he look my way. He was now a checker when I finally found some items; but I decided that I did not want him checking me out so I just left my items in the basket and left the store without purchasing anything.

Sometimes it's hard to get help, but overall great -kind staff consistently.
