Facilities are generally neat, but the floors seem a little dusty. They do get messes cleaned up quickly! The employees are generally kind and helpful. The groomers tend to do a pretty good job. The prices seem reasonable, and my dog is always excited to see the groomers!

Great experience.  Their live critters are clean and well fed.  They also have really neat rescue cats up for adoption.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good sales.  If your pets need something, you'll probably find it here.

Every time I go I presume most of the staff is on their first day. Knowledge is rough but they have great products

This store's restroom is DISGUSTING. There were live crickets... hopping around... and dead ones that have been there for who knows how long. AND there was dog fur!!! Like hair from a grooming that they never cleaned up. How could you keep a restroom like that....

While we have been to PetCo many times, this was by far the worst experience.  We had adopted a cat that was very loving and affectionate, but he had a dominance issue and insisted on pooping on the floor.  It broke our hearts and we arranged to bring him back.  Joanna assisted me and was very compassionate over the whole situation.  But when Joanna had to attend to other customers, I was waiting in tears when Becky approached and was very rude.  She asked why I was waiting, and when I told her we had to bring our adopted cat back (which had been pre-arranged with Joanna and the Ark), Becky rudely stated "We don't do that here".  I was already heartbroken over the situation and Becky showed no regard for my feelings or the feelings of my children who were also with me.  Her attitude and responses were heartless and uncalled for.  She had no idea on the situation we were dealing with and injected herself when it was not warranted in a way that was disrespectful.  The only reason this is a one star review is because Joanna was so wonderful, helpful, and understanding.  Becky completely ruined our experience.
