HORRIBLE ANIMAL LIVING CONDITIONS!! I work at the mall and walk past these pups every day. Many of them have runny noses and eyes with crusted fur. They put way too many puppies in a small box, sometimes even one large dog can't fit comfortably but is still placed there. You can visibly tell the puppies are stressed. These dogs are at the store for long periods of time, I've seen the same ones suffering for 3 weeks now and nothing is done to help them. The staff is horribly rude and don't care. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THE PUPPY MILLS. I guarantee many of these dogs are sick and need attention. This place needs to be closed.

We purchased our cat here. The cat was a rescue cat from the Humane Society. We were excited to know how much the Humane Society supports this store. We decided to purchase our Shiba Inu from them too. My experience with this store was pretty good.

I walked in here for the first time and was so upset. I started crying in the store. These dogs are showing signs of depression. They are charging ridiculous amounts for them. Please don't support puppy mills. This place needs to be shut down.

Super knowledgeable staff that even start training the pups. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and well cared the puppies were.

They were very helpful and I appreciated them taking time to tell me what i needed for a pet rabbit on a busy day. Although they were sold out of rabbits, they called the other store for me and helped me find one.
