Great store!  We bought a Greek Tortoise for my son 14 years ago, they've helped through the years with advise on care.  We then bought a Russian Tortoise for my other son 9 years ago from them because of the help.  Last purchase was my baby red tailed boa which is now 7 feet long after 5 years.  Feeder mice/rats, turtle super salads have all be in great condition when purchasing from this store.  Staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful.  If I had a complaint it would be the store isn't big enough, would love to see these guy's running a store twice the size with more animals.

I've been a customer since I was five. The animals and service are awesome. Plus you're able to return rats a snake didn't eat. Really cheap prices too. All in all I give them a five star rating.

Very knowledgeable  about any reptiles  . ive been going there for about 13 yrs now great people that work and manage the place always happy to see you come back .

Got a baby corn snake from here. They gave me incorrect information about care, and the snake came in pretty bad condition. It was only a week after I got her that she starting showing signs of a resparitory infection. Prices are too high. Do not buy from here.

Employees have been very attentive every single time we come in, taking extra time to determine what we need and giving great advice. Bought a leatherback bearded dragon for my son, and unfortunately it passed away a month after the purchase. They replaced it for free with no questions asked, other than about our setup, which they helped us refine. Not only did they not have a bad attitude  ( which some have expressed in their reviews, I seriously doubt that is true), they have been polite and extremly helpful. In my experience they are real world knowledgeable about the animals and the care of them. Disregard the negative reviews, and you won't be disappointed.
