I gave this a 3 because the training is top notch, but the grooming is slightly disappointing. The first time i took my cairn for a grooming the groomer was polite, however the next grooming session was with a different groomer and a totally not polite person. i explicitly told her how i wanted the hair NOT done on the top of my pups head and when i picked him up it was done exactly how i asked them not to do. My Cairn looked like Pee Wee Herman or Shep from The Three Stooges. I know the hair could be styled the way i wanted because i've done it myself before. Only took here because I liked the groomer i had the first time. She was busy though. When i asked for them to re-wet it and blow back out the refused. Not a good business tactic. No tip and i always tip. For the first time i went to management about a grooming. So disappointed! The training however is top notch! I believe the trainer is Richard.

Jessie gave our dog the best grooming he's ever had. He looked beautiful and smelled great!

Don't come here 3 snails and 3 fish we brought from here were dead within 24 hours of coming home. Will never come back here. The one in south Powers is better.

I scheduled a grooming for my terrier mix. I have brought her to this store before. I bring my puppies own shampoo as she has sensitive skin. On this occasion I was informed that I would have to pay more for bringing my own products. The gal in grooming was very rude. When I explained that I hadn't been charged before they wanted to know who normally does my puppies grooming, Ready to blame to someone. Not impressed. Won't be back.

Very large. Very helpful and friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable.
