Large facility, nice range of pet products. Items easy to find. No pushy sales people, all friendly and helpful. Place is clean and well stocked.

Austin and Tyler are amazing. Seriously they love their job. Every time I come in they ask about my dogs. Smile and are always in a great mood! You can tell they love animals and where they work. I will only shop at this location for my animals because I actually enjoy seeing the employees and making small talk. I have referred many people to this store because of them. Staff is what speaks loudest for a company and everytime Iv been to this store Iv been greeted like I am family. There's a women there - unsure of her name. Younger, very sweet. She will take the cats out so I can pet them. Tyler knows I wasn't planning on buying a cat but he let me hold all of them and talked to me about their personalities. You can tell that he spend a lot of time with them and cares about the animals he works with. I have only amazing things to say about these employees and hopefully they are rewarded because they deserve it.

Great location if you have older kids that love to look at the animals while you shop in other stores!

Great location in a busy Plaza. Staff all friendly and helpful. The animals all seemed well cared for and cages kept clean.  Would definitely recommend this location for small pets and food n such.
