Today I had an awesome experience but have encountered employees that know very little when I have needed help. It is usually a good place to shop because they have a variety. If you can talk to Ryan he is awesome. Very knowledgeable!

I love the customer service! Sometimes they seem a little understaffed but it isn't a big deal because everyone is so friendly! I shop here all of the time and have always found the help I needed. If someone isn't sure of something, they will find someone for you that can help!

Shifted focus from animal sales, to animal supply and training center.  Fewer and fewer animals available, most being of the aquatic variety.

Plenty of foodstuffs and chew toys.  Seems as there is an obedience class at all times.  I suppose if you are a dog owner, this might be an oasis.
