It's a good store for pet supplies and they have a nice selection. I found it to be very clean and well organized as well. Finding a parking spot was a breeze and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They currently have a big selection of Star Wars items for pets that are pretty neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The manager at this store is RUDE!!! I will not be shopping at this location ever again! I had an issue where I returned items that I paid for with a debit card. The cashier told me the refund would have to be put back on the card I used to pay, even though I insisted to get cash. The cashier also had me sign a yellow receipt paper and she said it was my proof of return. 2 weeks later I hadn’t received my refund, so I called to speak to with a manager. Christina was nice on the phone and asked me to come to the store with my receipts and she would research why I hadn’t gotten my refund. Once I got there I noticed on the middle of the receipt it said I was given cash. I explained to Christina that I didn’t look at that part of the receipt because the rep already informed me that I couldn’t get cash. I signed as I was asked in order to prove my return. Christina became very nasty and said, “well since you signed the receipt and it says cash on it, there’s probably nothing we can do. Your signature means You received payment.” I replied, “ I had no idea that my signature meant that I was receiving payment because the cashier TOLD me it was for my return and I would get the money back. There also isn’t any wording above my signature that would lead me to know for sure that I’m signing the receipt because I got refunded. Is there any way to check the cameras to see that I wasn’t given any money?” From there, things went down hill. She went back to saying that my signature was proof for them that I received payment. She would send a request to corporate to look at the cameras, but it could be awhile before a call back. 2 days later I received a call from Christina saying there was a “clerical error” with the cashier and I could stop at Petco later that evening to pick up my refund. When I arrived, she didn’t greet me, she walked up to me With the envelope and said “Here is the refund. You can open it to make sure it’s all there, but I counted it myself.” I never received an apology, eye contact or anything even though she acted as if I was lying or “BSing.”

Manager was rude and had no clue what I was talking about. Then refused to sell me a fish.

Manager is very friendly but by the time I spoke to her I had already put everything back in my cart except one toy and was leaving. Just got new kittens and no one would take the time to come help us even when we kept asking. Rude staff. I'll just have to drive to a different petco from now on.

I usually have to stand a wait minutes . Before they realize im standing there waiting for them to get me crickets
