Taylor is always good with my two dogs and they love her.  Frankie even gave her one of his big Frankie hugs, and Fiona, lots of kisses.  They even run to the door when they know they're coming in for their baths.  Best groomer anywhere.

Online it says the grooming salon is open. I called the grooming side (the automotive message said "for grooming press 1" I pressed one) the first woman I spoke to didn't know if the groomer was there because they come and go. She transferred me .I just needed my dogs nails trimmed. Then the 2nd person answered .she said they are closed and will open Monday. Cool guys! Way to come and go as you please having customers work and accommodate whoever schedule is to come and go. Must be nice! I'll spend my money on a local groomer and advise my friends and family not to bother with Petco Grooming.

Great pet store. Kind of pricey, but good quality products. This is the only store I buy my fish or live pets from.

I am a regular visiter to your Salina store and i have purchased many animals from there. I visited your store on sat 3rd with my 3 daughters looking to adopt a cat! We found exactly what we were looking for and my 3 young girls fell in love with a 4 month old black kitten!
Problem was we're from outa town and was booked in hotel for the night!
I offered to pay the $50 and asked if i could collect him in the morning!
I was told that that was against company policy and i needed to take him right on the spot! This was obviously not possible as all i had was a pet carrier and hotels arent exactly animal friendly.
To my kids's dissapointment I was forced to just hope he was still there in the morning and leave!
Apon our early return the next morning he was gone! It left me with 3 very upset crying kids all the way home! 
Why would your company simply not just take my money and reserve the pet for my family???
I have shared my experience with some friends and it was met with much surprise and disgust!
