We sell more than 8,000 pet care products and services on our website and in over 170 stores located in a dozen states. We specialize in pet food, toys, medicine and clothing, and also offer pet grooming in some locations. In addition, Pet Supermarket works with area organizations to host adoptions and related events for animal welfare.

I made an appointment to bring my dog in to have his nails clipped before 5 PM i Arrived at 4:45 and the groomer decided to go home for the day because they were slow. To drive 30 minutes with a hundred pound dog in the car and arrive 15 minutes before I’m even supposed to be there and the groomer is already gone knowing that I’m coming is not only unprofessional but inconsiderate. Must be a blessing in disguise because obviously I would have  gotten what I paid for with this groomer which is obviously nothing

I go there every few weeks to buy fish dwarf frogs fresh plants that usually have a good assortment the truck comes on a Thursday to get new supplies. There's always someone that help you I recommend going there they have a lot of different products on the shelves and fully stocked they also do pet adoption now and then I recommend the place if you need fish food pet supplies cat supplies and other toys for your animals

The store in Coral Springs on University is very accommodating and clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Now the store on Wiles Rd. & 441 I will never go back to. Rude. No hello. Nasty manager. After i was standing by the parakeets for sometime watching deciding which I might get the manager of that store made my decision for me. She told me to leave the store because I was there too long and not buying anything. I wanted to buy to this orange canary they had which was a few hundred. The manager got mad and said she was dialling 911. I said I'm here to look for a bird...she didn't want to hear it! I left the store went to MY PET SUPERMARKET on University and purchased a few finches  and another parakeet. NOT ADVISABLE TO BUY AT THE WILES RD STORE!!!!!!

This place is okay. Best store of the company I've found to date. Very well supplied. Almost luxurious.

This is a great local supermarket for dogs and cats alike. Unfortunately every time I buy something from the store and use my "rewards" card they are unable to find my name and phone number in the system. Even after calling and emailing their customer service line, again I am unknown to them. It is apparent that all the staff need a pay raise increase as they do not care about their jobs at all whatsoever. I asked for a particular brand of dog food, Its down the dog food isle. Nobody has knowledge of getting animals shots and a check ups. they come when they come. 
Hire more help, pay your employees more. 

Last tip, lower the prices of your food. I can get better prices online at @Chewy which is also a local company. I can call them and ask about particular brands, toys and medicine for my dogs. They know and understand customer service. Just a word to the owner of all the petsupermarkets.
