I went to Woof Gang Bakery yesterday to pick up some items for my bosses dogs. I wanted some treats for them, that would last so that they didn't chew on the wrong things. The lady there advised me to buy these bones filled with peanut butter, that could be refilled over and over again. They were quite pricey at $9.99 each, but I bought 2 convinced by her that they would love them. I presented them to the dogs, and they had zero interest!!! Not a minute of interest!!!! These dogs are foodies. I didn't know what the problem was, but I knew I'd be taking these back!! A reputable business will accommodate their customers. I called today and spoke to the same woman that had sold them to me. She said they wouldn't take them back cause I had opened them...... really, okay. Try presenting a treat to your dogs still wrapped up!! Then she suggested that perhaps they didn't like peanut butter. Last night, after they rejected the bones from Woof Gang Bakery, I went to Publix and bought treats filled with peanut butter. Today when I gave these new treats to them, they couldn't grab them fast enough. No ma'am, they do like peanut butter!! That's why this review. Poor customer service. They could care less.

At first, this place seemed alright and I was waiting for the receptionist to finish talking with another client. While I was waiting, I heard people arguing in the back and it sounded like a fight was going on. I left immediately. I can't trust my pet in the hands of someone who sounds like they're about to have a mental breakdown and is yelling with an employee. On top of that, I saw a roach in their little bakery area where the treats are. DON'T COME HERE.

Excellent. My poor pup really needed a good grooming and they did an amazing job. Super friendly. Non judgmental. Took me last minute on a Saturday afternoon! Thank you!

I just had a first visit at this place and I am very pleased . My dog looks amazing and happy . The lady that does the grooming is so careful and really listen what you say . I will for sure bro g my dog for a groom again . Also very affordable prices .

The worst experience I have ever received! I brought in my poodle for a grooming. The lady in the front named Dawn or the groomer never told me when my dog would be ready. Past grooming experiences they typically take around 5 or 6 hours with my dog. I had class unfortunately and had to go and they called me and said I will be there soon. After I get out of class the lady Dawn left me such a snarky rude voice message saying if I do not pick up my dog ASAP they will charge me for keeping my dog there and they are not a baby sitting service. Keep in mind they close at 6:00 and this was 4:00. I get there and Dawn and the vet tech we're talking about me in the back so loud with the door open. I felt so uncomfortable like I was back in high school with mean girls talking out me. I told her I could hear her and she ignored me and than walked over and she had the biggest attitude. The groomer came out and apologized to me for the lady and felt so bad. 

Stay away from here they don't care about their customer service at all! And the lady Dawn in the front should be fired for how she treated me! I was discussed by how she treated me. If you want awesome customer service go to Pet Pourrie Dog Grooming! They are so nice there and care about you and your furry one! They are AWESOME!
