Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable of products to suit our needs. John kniffin Is our salesman and his Customer service skills are above reproach. He’s very good at what he does and I am very happy with the help he gave us an incredible friendly service from him. In my opinion he needs to be recognized for a job well done in some sort away. I normally don’t give reviews but in this case it’s well deserved.

My wife and I two years ago bought a sofa, love seat, and two lamps the quality of the stuff was good and at a very good price. There was a couple problems,1st they delivered the wrong lamps, had to wait a month to get the correct lamps. When lamps were delivered one was damaged had to wait another month to get another lamp. The next time the lamp arrived, yes you guessed it, damaged. Finally after waiting more than three months we get an undamaged lamp. The salesman was very helpful but caught him in many lies, after all he is a salesman and that's what they do for a living "lie". Good Furniture Bad People. "Buyer Beware"! ! !

Buying furniture from Value City Furniture was such a stress free and enjoyable experience. Our salesperson, Joe Wilcoxen, was knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. We went into the store looking to buy a new living room set and left with a dining room set, as well.  Both furniture sets are  stunningly beautiful and so very affordable.  We highly recommend Value City!

What can I say....my husband and I have never been more pleased with the service provided here. Our sales rep Robin was an absolute pleasure. She helped us make a decision Not pressured us into something. We received our furniture and it’s even better then we thought. I can’t tell enough family and friends just how happy we are. Thanks Robin, your wonderful!!!!!!!!

I had the best experience buying my sectional sofa due to the exceptional service of the salesman who took care of me......Joe Wilcoxen was patient, polite, professional and so very helpful!!  I went to other furniture stores during my quest for the perfect sofa and kept coming back to Value City.....in fact, three trips back before I actually purchased my sofa.....no other salesperson impressed me as much as Joe.......if you are looking to purchase any furniture I highly recommend going to Value City in Toms River and asking for Joe Wilcoxen!!  Not only did I get a great sofa, I also enjoyed the whole experience!!
