The Manager of this store is a total idiot. There is a bird in there I was interested in purchasing, problem is they were asking an outrageous price for it and it looked pretty sickly.  This Moron would not even come talk to me about it, yet had one of the clerks tell me he wasn't interested. Jackass!! No problem though, went to the pet store in Roosevelt and got the same type of bird for HALF the cost!!! Ha, Ha, STUPID Petco Manager!!! What a DORK!!!!

So I have bought saltwater fish here twice now. The first time I bought one fish and it killed my whole fish take within a couple days. The second time was just last week. I bought 7 fish and again within a couple days 5 died and the last 2 died last night. The tank is set up perfect and there was no ammonia spike. Some of the people that work there are very helpful and cheerful while some treat you like you're stupid and don't know anything.

Ive tried three times to get my dog groomed there. They just ignore me. One time im in the grooming area and a lady is sitting behind the computer so im like yes finally. She gets up and leaves before i can talk to her. Be better off taking your dog someplace else

Amber Rose did it again!!! Our Old English Sheepdog  left her skillfull hands about two hours ago ,once again looking like a million dollar show-dog. I hope you never lose that girl to a competitor because we will follow her where ever  she goes. Amber ,in the Vernal,Utah store is the absolute best  groomer around , hands down !!!!

Eh! I like Butterfly koi! And they will not order the grade in that I want! I'd told them if be happy to pay double for them..... the answer was still no.... even if I bought the whole shipment
