My husband and I went here and weren't super impressed at first but we went in again and there was this lady working while carrying the snacks and talking to us about them. She was amazing! Looking at the tanks seeing names of the animals made them seemed loved and she knew about every animal just by their name and this is the first time we saw an employee with animals out and she knew everything about the snakes which made us really impressed! We will be going again!

I went there a while ago and didn't like it much. Then went back tonight  and had a wonderful experience. The place seemed alot more clean. The women who was working was very talkative and friendly with my wife and I. She told us the names of all of her friends and she really seemed like one of those people who genuinely care about the animals and the homes they go home to. I would go back knowing that I was buying an animal that was under her care.

Just went there.  The kid working there was friendly, that's the only good thing I can say.  The cockatiels were out of water.  What bit they had was dirty and yucky.  One of the four birds doesn't look very healthy probably due to not having good resources.  I truly hope they will take notice and take better care of them.
