I love new stores, they are soo clean.  Came here with my kids and brought the pug along.  The staff kept trying to give it treats, but my dog hates cookie treats, so it would catch them and spit them out.  However it was fun to watch them try. 
The place has a great selection of many animals, and everything you need to take care of them.  When I asked a few questions of the staff they seemed knowledgable, that was nice.  It seems like too often staff go glossy eyed at some stores.  They never had a pet, it is just a job. 
Pros: Staff, clean, animal friendly. 
Cons: Nothing much.

Grooming Services were unprofessional.
I took my Great Dane puppy in to get her nails trimmed and to get a bath. I called ahead to see what I would need and how long they would be open. They told me they would be open until 6 P.M., I arrived at 5 P.M. and they had already closed and left for the day. I went the next day when they asked if I had her rabies paper, I did not have a paper but I did have her rabies tag on her collar. They were going to deny my service because I did not have her paper. They also said they could not give her a bath however, there were at least five employees standing there with nothing to do. When they took my puppy back to get heir nails trimmed they put her on a table that was full of other dogs hair that had just been cut. She was covered in another dogs hair, and her nails were not cut the right way. They were sharper than when we came in, I had to take her home and fix her nails. I WOULD NOT take your dog to the groomers in Spanish Fork.

Very nice new store. Nice and clean and smells good. No vet on duty when I was there. Full supply of pet needs. They have an adoption center.

Clean new store. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small adoption center that had cats (no dogs).

I came here to buy a few new fish for my community tank, I bought 4 platies and 2 swordtails.
Normally I would buy at Petsmart, usually have good luck with my fish from there. But they didn't have the fish I was looking for. 2 days later three of the fish died, I was highly disappointed. I went back to get a refund. I decided to try out once more. This time I bought a snail and 1 Cory catfish. ( yes I had more in my tank). These fish soon died after I brought them home. I'm highly disappointed with the quality of the fish from here and wouldn't recommend buying from here. Buy from the Petsmart in Orem instead
