I love this place. They're always so friendly and helpful! I've bought two gorgeous tarantulas here (Honduran curly hair and metallic pink toe) and I'm looking to add a third to my collection soon. They take very good care of the animals here and are more than helpful when it comes to care inductions. Furthermore, the aquariums and vivariums are gorgeous! Honestly, I love coming here just to look around sometimes. I always see someone new.

It was fun to look around at the different animals and the variety is more than expected. They also seem taken care of and fed. Prices lean on the higher end, but as long as the quality is good I'd much rather pay a little more for something better. Their puppies are also absolutely adorable breeds that are certified, but are exceptionally expensive. If you're looking for a new doggo to add to the family, I'd search local shelters for the one. Don't break the bank and save a life. Win, win.

This store and the employees are fantastic!!!! 😍 😍 Thanks to the awesome employees I bought me a yellow belly ball python!!! She's amazing. And she's doing awesome. I will never go to another pet store again!!! Thank you animal ark crew you're amazing!!!

One of the best pet stores I have ever been to. Every single animal I have gotten from them has been very healthy and tame. The store is very clean as well as cages. The employees are always so nice and willing to help with anything I need! Even if I'm just getting a feel for an animal and not buying one that day they are so sweet as to let me hold any I choose and make sure it's definitely an animal for me and my lifestyle. If I could give more stars I would! :)

I loved this place. We purchased rats here, and they were amazing. It's incredibly cramped in the shop, and full of animals, but they all have enough space and are taken care of as if they were their own pets. They have a huge range of rodents, reptiles and fish. They also have puppies and kittens, but less so. We we're looking at the rats,( there were only two pet rats left) and they made the decision to not sell them to us, because they were still too young and their mother was old and not expected to have a litter. They were very kind about it and offered to hook us up with the one across town, but we decided to get two feeder rats instead. They were clean and healthy, and in good shape. We still have them, and couldn't be happier.
