I’ve always have a good experience shopping at this store. The friendly staff greet me shortly after entering and ask if they can help me find what I need. I’ve used their dog immunization clinics and I’m grateful they are close to home and that the offer this service. They’re efficient and treat my dog with love.
The stores staff even took extra time to see if I was getting the best price on the dog food by looking for a coupon. I do wish they carried the Natural Balance Synergy variety dog food. I have to buy it in the Bountiful store. I had my dogs nails trimmed in the grooming facility. No complaints.

I recommend using petco for all your pet needs.

Staff Question-  Do you post on your website the dog immunization clinic schedule?

Animals are taken care of somewhat. The fish are another thing. Manager is very rude and is disrespectful/most workers don’t help at all. I went the other day and asked questions about mice and the care to take care of them, and the worker simply said, “ just mouse stuff” very unhelpful. If you go to this store you have to look up the information before you go.

Horrible customer service, unenthusiastic staff,  2 people working the entire store and those two people weren't on the store floor the majority time or offering to help customers. Not even there to greet anyone entering the store.

Very rude employees, frequently out of supplies, does anybody work here sometimes I can't even find anybody, half the goldfish I bought from here died. PetSmart goldfish still going strong and getting BIG.

Never seem to have anyone there to help you. I have had to wait many times at the cash register while eployees shuffle around trying to figure out who can help you. Over priced.
