We love Quinci! We take our silky terrier and he always comes away looking and smelling so great! She really listens to how we want his hair cut and does a fantastic job meeting those needs. I love that she only takes one dog at a time, so my dog isn't sitting in a crate for hours waiting for his turn. She is also very considerate of me and my time. I had an appointment shortly after having a baby, and on the day of the appointment it was very rainy. She was so considerate of me and offered to run out to my car and take Max so I didn't have to get the baby out in the rain. She's awesome! I definitely recommend her!

She is the best groomer every I won't take my dog anywhere else. She makes you feel at home and I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with her. My dog looks perfect and I love how she gets you in and out in a good time and my dog not locked up all day waiting for his turn like most places. I recommend her to everyone! She is very friendly and has an easy way to pay and really good prices. Best groomer in utah hands down!

We had used her a few times and was fairly happy with the results. Our dog often ended up with long patches of fur on it's feet and legs that were missed. However, since she is cheaper than anyone else, I figured that was the trade-off. This all changes the last time we took our dog there. When I picked her up, she was COVERED in hair. I had asked the lady about it and she said that is the way it always is. I picked her up and carried my small dog to the car and by the time I got to my car I was COVERED in hair. When I got home I found that not only was the cut bad but there were 3 large mats of hair around her ears that were not even touched! My dog was getting hair all over the place so within minutes of getting her home from the groomer I had to give her a bath, cut out the mats of hair, trim her legs and paws better and a few other spots! Isn't the whole point of taking your dog to the groomer so you DON'T have to do all of this??? I guess this is really one of those "You get what you pay for" kind of places. Just a warning to those looking to save a couple of bucks...
