Very nice facility, staff was friendly on the most part. However,  one of the female associates needs to work on her customer service skills. First time I came back to inquire about a sales price, she explained she applied it; I said ok and apologized. Went back to the car and realized that a 4$ off coupon was not applied. Came back in and Adam, bless his heart, had to call back the original cashier since he was new. She came back annoyed and said "what's wrong now?" in a snippy tone. Rest of the transaction was snippy, also didn't apologize for her mistake. I get she was probally was stressed being pulled in all directions, but still not a good way to treat customers.  For sure won't go out of my way to visit this store anymore.

One of the best pet stores we have been to there prices are very low I love how you can bring your dog in and they are very kind the staff.

This is actually a really nice petco. The groomers are nice and the staff is friendly. It also in a convenient location.

Not much fish selection and most of the tanks had dead fish in them. Did not purchase anything.
