Love HomeGoods stores! We have two close to us and enjoy seeing what each store offers. They get trucks in and never know what's coming, so it's like Christmas! Great home items.

Very bad customer service! After 3 days of buying something I returned it and they didn't accept to give me a refund and they gave me a phone number to call and explain my issue!! How comes, You pay money then you don't get it back and they tell you that this money will be used to increase your credit!! I DONT WANT TO INCREASE MY CREDIT! I JUST WANT A REFUND! IT'S SIMPLE!!

Awful customer service. I found an item I really liked but it was flawed so I asked if they possibly had another. After waiting around 10 minutes they stated they did not have another and I asked if they would discount it at all. After waiting for another several minutes for a decision from an employee named Joe, he said no and walked away abruptly as if I was wasting his time. It was unprofessional and rude. I would have bought the product at full price even with the flaw as I could have made it work but I did not after being treated in such an awful fashion.

I love this store ! Its a great location. I found amazing things for my new apartment here in Columbus. The selection of men's clothing was amazing, the store was very clean. The associates on the floor seemed a little confused though when I needed help. The line was long, but moved very quickly. And if you can get Matt the cashier, he is not only quick and informative, but cute as well ;)
