Luis did a wonderful job scanning and resizing and cropping a photo for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I didn't have to wait at all for help, and my new photo was done in minutes.

There isn't a half star option, but 3.5. Why? Well, because most of the time, the staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and the store has excellent clearance items. That being said, twice my prescription refill order was screwed up by pharmacy techs. Keep in mind, I take 10 medications (some of which could be bought OTC but are covered by insurance when prescribed). Situation one involved a new person, so I made sure to confirm everything before leaving and advising I would be in around 6pm to pick them up. When I arrived, they had only filled the ones I had newly dropped off and did not include any that were in their system. Today, 5/28 and a holiday eve, I had expected to pick up everything, which was what I had discussed with a different, and veteran, pharmacy tech. We spoke for at least 5 minutes to confirm when the earliest could be, what items were current and which they would need a refill order from my doc. I confirmed Sunday hours AND even said great, let's get everything on the same schedule and pick the rest up Sunday too. So when I showed up today and was told only ONE was ready, I was devastated. The 9 others are what keeps my fibromyalgia pain under some control. Beyond frustrating. It's actually tear inducing. I couldn't drive away right away because of the tears in my eyes. Something that seems so simple, a mistake that most people don't worry about - I wish they would keep in mind how much it can affect one patient's day...life for that matter.

The Cashiers always say Hello when your walking in the store. I always have a nice experience with who ever is waiting on me.

I came into this Walgreens a couple a days ago to pick a few items up, they are always very Friendly and willingly to help you out if you need to find something, I will be back because there Customer Service was Amazing!!
